Gold Canyon Golf Resort, Gold Canyon

I had a lovely Thanksgiving stay at Gold Canyon Golf Resort. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout my visit, and the breakfast was top-notch. The location was great, close to friends, but I was disappointed with the bathroom amenities and check-in policies. Overall, it's a mixed experience but worth a visit for the atmosphere and friendly service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location is beautiful, the service was incredibly lacking, especially during my wedding weekend when there were numerous issues. The accommodations were not what we expected, and the handling of our complaints was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the overall quality did not match the price we paid.

The resort has excellent staff who are very friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the rooms are in dire need of renovations and cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom. While the pool was great and the hiking trail was enjoyable, the overpriced drinks detracted from the overall value for money.

However, it also had several issues, such as poorly maintained rooms and disappointing service from the staff that left much to be desired. The overall experience was not ideal, making it hard to recommend.
